Who we are

Keep Posted is operated by Gavin Truong (ABN 14 132 350 739), a sole trader in Australia.

Your plan

Family: up to 8 pages each month, A$25 a month. Big Family: up to 12 pages each month, A$35 a month. Join by Sunday 15 November 2026 and your first 12 months are A$19 or A$25 a month. You can also give 3 months as a gift, paid once.

Each month's paper

Some months are quieter, and that's okay. If nobody posts, we'll put together a short paper from photos already in your family album, so there's still something in the mail for Grandma & Grandpa. If there's nothing to print yet, we'll let you know and skip that month's post. Either way, that month counts as one of your issues.

Pausing, changes and cancelling

You can pause the next 1, 2 or 3 issues, and update the recipient or delivery address at any time. Cancel whenever you like. Your plan simply runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and no further payments are taken. A gift prints the three issues it covers, then ends on its own, with nothing to cancel.

Our promise

If an issue arrives damaged or faulty, or we don't deliver one you've paid for, let us know and we'll reprint it or refund it. Because each issue is printed just for your family, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds on months already paid. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What you post

Contributors are responsible for what they post and confirm they have the right to share it. We may decline to print anything that's unlawful or inappropriate. Your photos stay private to your family and are only used to print your paper. See our Privacy page.

Printing

Your paper is printed in Australia on 128gsm silk paper and posted flat in a C4 envelope.
