Keep Posted is operated by Gavin Truong (ABN 14 132 350 739), a sole trader in Australia.

Keep Posted stores the photos and words a family sends, the recipient's name and address, and birthdays you choose to add so the calendar page is right.

Face detection finds boxes in a photo so we can crop without cutting a head off. We do not recognise people, and we do not keep face templates.

The mail house receives that month's PDF and the delivery address. They don't get the family album. Payment is handled by Stripe.

Magic links sign you in. There is no password. Use your phone's microphone key to type into the month box. We don't keep a recording.

You can download what we hold about your paper from Settings, and you can ask for it to be deleted. Photos and the address are kept while the paper is active, and for 12 months after it stops, then removed.

Cancel anytime. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. If an issue arrives damaged or faulty, or we don't deliver one you've paid for, we'll reprint it or refund it. Because each issue is printed for your family, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
